We add salmon to the potatoes dressed in wasabi vinaigrette to transform the dish into a salad. The contrast between the potatoes combined at the last minute with the wasabi and the salmon roe results in a totally new explosion of flavour. A fusion tapas dish in the heart of Barcelona's Born neighbourhood.
