At Tapeo, as the name suggests, you'll be able to sample a wide variety of tapas, from the classics to the more elaborate, using age-old recipes. Our cuisine is a tribute to the frying pan combining traditional flavours with our desire to experiment and surprise. If you drop into Tapeo, it will be Natalia, my wife, who welcomes you and recommends the seasonal specialities on our menu. We will both be delighted to share with you our little dishes and all the charm of Barcelona's Born neighbourhood.
We're a young team of highly motivated people, with a huge passion for cooking and for the produce of the land. For us a dish begins to be savoured before it hits the mouth. Which is why it's not just how it's made that's important, but also its final presentation. What to try?

Our family of four ate an early dinner here at the recommendation of one of my best friends who visited last year. We tried a lot of things and everything was excellent, but the standouts were the steak chimichurri, octopus, pork ribs, tomato and fresh mozzarella, and the cava sangria. We ate in the quiet back room with a couple other tables, but the front part near the bar was much livelier. Would recommend this restaurant highly.
